Community Outreach

Community outreach is a top priority of the Harrison County Sheriff's Department.  Reducing crime, making neighborhoods safer, and in general improving the quality of life for all of our citizens can only be accomplished through partnerships and team efforts.

Sheriff's Office Tours - If you are an educator interested in a fieldtrip tour of the Harrison County Sheriff's office facility and the jail please contact us at 812-738-2195. Please note that tours of the actual jail are available for group tours with permission of the Sheriff.
